Screening & Selection

Every applicant goes through a detailed screening process to ensure that only high-potential professionals become part of the CAP. We evaluate candidates based on their current CTC, employment status, communication skills, and leadership readiness through a personal interview. Verification is entirely document-based — we never contact anyone from your current company. Applicants are asked to share supporting documents such as recent payslips, an offer letter, or other proof of employment to verify their eligibility.

As part of the process, we also check the applicant’s CIBIL score to confirm eligibility for the Income Sharing Agreement (ISA) and future payment options. Once the documents are verified and the admission fee is received, shortlisted candidates move forward to the leadership training phase. Only selected candidates move forward to training. Selected candidates sign an Income Sharing Agreement (ISA).

Leadership Training

Once selected, participants move into the Leadership Training phase led by our expert trainers and industry leaders. This stage focuses on building real executive capabilities — communication, decision-making, strategic thinking, negotiation, and influence. Every session is designed to help professionals transition from individual contributors or mid-level managers into confident leaders ready for high-impact roles.

Interviews Setup & Career Support

After completing the leadership training, our career success team begins the interview setup process. Based on your experience, domain, preferred industries, and desired locations, we identify and connect you with relevant opportunities. Our team coordinates directly with recruiters and hiring partners to help schedule your interviews smoothly and efficiently.
While we assist you throughout this process - from preparing for interviews to presenting your leadership profile effectively - the final success depends entirely on your performance. You are responsible for cracking the interviews and securing your desired offer.
This approach ensures complete transparency and fairness: we open the doors, you walk through them. CAP equips you with the skills, mentorship, and access - but your success is the result of your preparation, confidence, and execution.

Success Fee After Placement

Once a participant successfully secures a new role and receives their first salary, the success fee becomes applicable. Unlike traditional placement models, CAP charges a performance-based success fee, not a pay-after-placement amount. Since participants already pay a small admission fee before the program begins, the remaining fee is due only after success - when results are achieved.
The success fee is 12% of the complete annual CTC plus 18% GST, and it is payable on the 5th of the month following receipt of the first salary. For participants opting for installment payments through our NBFC partners, a 30% down payment of the success fee is required upfront, with the remaining 70% payable over six monthly EMIs. Additional charges may apply depending on the NBFC’s policies.
